  1. How to create a Service File

 

First Navigate to the Contact Page of your Primary Participant, then navigate to the Service File menu tab, and select the + button.

 

 

A new Service File screen will populate.

 

Fields with a * are mandatory fields when creating a new Service File.

 

Service: The Service identifies the service delivered within the service file E.g. Mediation This is based on a program rotation schedule set up by operations to meet our DEX targets. 

*This field is currently only applicable for Mediation programs. If other Programs, refer to Program field below

 

When Mediation is selected the Parenting and Property Mediation tick box will show, select if its Parenting or Property Mediation. The Program will be allocated based on the rotation.

 

 

 

 

Programs: Add Program e.g., FARS, CCS. (Only if not FRC related programs)

 

Site: Add Site based on your Contacts Event Location.

 

Price List: Two price lists are available and both reference pricing from the company fee schedule. The Price List field will automatically populate with the Concession price list only when concession card details are recorded for the primary participant on the service file. In all other cases, the Standard price list will apply.

 

 

Start Date defaults to the day and time the Service File is added. 

 

Add the Primary Worker by clicking on the magnifying glass and typing the required worker, click on the worker's name you want to select.

 

Click Save in the top left corner or bottom right corner.

 

 

This will create your service file; the File Name defaults to Surname Case – Program.

 

 

This Service File will also appear on the Contact Page and can access at any time by clicking into the Service File from the File Name column.
