How to send an AVO/Court Order SMS
After creating the contact via the Contact page, and the client has advised they have an AVO or Court Order in place, an automated SMS can be sent to the contact requesting the information.
1. From the Contacts page, select More Actions in the Command bar
2. Select Send AVO/Court Order SMS from the drop down.
3.Select the Site from the list.
4. A popup message will appear saying Do you really want to send SMS to client? Select OK.
5. Another message will appear saying the SMS has been Successfully Created, Select OK.
The Contact will then receive an SMS asking the contact to email a copy of the current AVO, AVDO and/or Court Orders along with their Date of Birth to the Site’s Email address.
The AVO/Court Order SMS will appear on the Contacts Communication Tab as below
