  1. How to Generate a QR Code for the CEF and Consent Form 

 

To access a client’s CEF and Consent Form on an office iPad or laptop

  1.  Generate CEF/Consent QR Code option in the More Actions menu.
  2. Once generated, the QR code can be scanned by the client, which will open the CEF page for them to complete the form.
