  3. If a Contact has not completed the electronic CEF and Consent form using the email link sent during the establishment process, they may complete the form manually at the office.

To do this, log in to CRM on the office iPad or laptop and open the CEF/Consent form for the Contact to complete on-screen.

 

 

 

    1. Log in to CRM on the office iPad or laptop.

    2. Open the Contact record for the required client.

    3. Select More Actions > Open CEF/Consent Form.

    4. Important: Close the original Contact record tab so only the CEF/Consent form tab remains open.

    5. Provide the iPad or laptop to the client to complete and submit the form. Once submitted, the Contact details will update automatically in CRM
