What is the IAT (Interrelate Assessment Tools)
The IAT (Interrelate Assessment Tools) is a suite of tools designed to support the organisation in identifying and responding to clients’ diverse needs. It provides a structured way for practitioners to understand a client’s circumstances from a holistic perspective.
The IAT is located at Contact Level in the CRM
Purpose of the IAT
The IAT supports our commitment to customer obsession by enabling meaningful conversations about each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Its key purposes are to:
- Support a holistic, client-centred assessment approach
- Identify internal and external services that may benefit the client
- Enable coordinated support across multiple services to address complex needs
- Promote information sharing within the organisation (where appropriate)
- Reduce duplication by preventing clients from having to re-tell their story repeatedly
- Encourage collaboration between practitioners to improve client outcomes
Why it matters
By using the IAT, practitioners can ensure clients receive more coordinated, efficient, and tailored support that better reflects their overall situation and needs.
