The functionality driving the Booking Board involves complex queries and depending on the selections made, it would be advisable to perform all searches in a browser tab that is dedicated to the Booking Board, as described in the following steps:
1. Open a new browser tab to ensure that all search operations performed while accessing the Booking Board, will not affect any other opened browser tab(s). Alternatively, use the steps in the "How to duplicate a browser tab" section to duplicate a browser tab that was previously connected to CRM Production.
2. Access CRM Production and in the Client Services area
3. Select Booking Board in the left navigation bar under the Resource Scheduling Tools section, as shown below:
