Schedule Board Overview and Appointment Colours
The Schedule Board is used to book clients to the appropriate workers while clearly displaying worker availability.
When viewing the Schedule Board for the current day, a blue vertical line is shown to indicate the current time of day. This helps you quickly identify where you are within the schedule timeline.
All available resources are listed on the left-hand side of the Schedule Board. Each resource is represented by their name and profile image, where available
The colours displayed on the Schedule Board indicate the type of appointment booked. Each colour represents the following:
- Blue: Actual Client Appointments
- Purple: Placeholders
- Black: Supervision Events
- Yellow : Indirect Events
- Pink: Group Events
These colour indicators help you quickly identify the type of appointment and understand how each resource’s time is allocated at a glance.
