How to update or edit an appointment with an Account Organisation
Click Accounts from the side menu to display a list of active accounts. From this list, navigate to the Account where the appointment has been booked
You can open the appointment to edit, add notes, or attach documents in several ways. The appointment will remain active until it is marked as complete, after which it will be closed and locked from further edits.
You can access the appointment in the following ways:
- Double-click the booking on the schedule board, or
- Open the appointment from the Account timeline then Save.
