How to book an appointment with an Account organisation

 

Click Accounts from the side menu to display a list of active accounts. From this list, navigate to the account you wish to book an appointment with

 

 

1. From within the timeline of the Account, click the + (plus) icon and select Appointment

2. A quick-create window will open for entering appointment details. Complete all required fields.

  • Required Attendees: All team members added here will have the appointment displayed on their schedule boards and in Outlook.
  • Optional Attendees: All team members added here will not have the appointment displayed on their schedule boards or in Outlook.
  • Subject: This text will appear on the booking shown in the schedule board.

 

What the Appointments on Schedule Board and Outlook will look like - 

Booking Card Details include:

  • Subject
  • Duration

  • Subject 
  • Type
  • Status Reason
  • Start Time
