Worker Dashboard - Reminders
The purpose of the Worker Dashboard – Reminders is to display mini dashboards listing Service Event records with missing information—such as Attendance, DEX Service Type, Group Event Attendance, Event Notes, COMs, and more—to remind Practitioners to complete the relevant fields.
1. To update missing information for a Service Event, click the entry under the Name column in the relevant mini dashboard to open the record and complete the required fields.
2.The selected Service Event record will then open in the current browser tab, allowing the missing information to be viewed and completed.
