How to access Client Services by default

 

To configure CRM so the Client Services area’s Worker Dashboard is displayed first 

 

  1. 1. Connect to CRM using the link interrelateprod.crm6.dynamics.com or by using the Quick Links on the Intranet https://interrelateltd.sharepoint.com/Intranet/Pages/Home.aspx

  1. 2.In the header bar, select Settings, then Personalization Settings

3. The Set Personal Options dialog box will appear. On the General tab, find Default Pane and click it to view the available options.

 
  1.     Select Client ServicesThe Default Tab will then show Dashboard by default, as shown below.

  3. 4. Click OK to confirm your selections..

  2.  The Set Personal Options dialog box will then be closed. 

 

Upon completion of the above steps, accessing CRM will automatically display the Worker Dashboard view in the Client Services area until the above steps are followed again to choose a different, preferred area and view combination to be displayed by default.
