About the Service Events (Survey) tab
The Service Events (Survey), also known as the Service Events (COMs) tab lists the service events for which the Contact has completed one Initial-COMs and one/more Ongoing-COMs survey(s).
Legend:
Service Events with Completed Initial-COMs: lists the service events for which a Initial-COMs survey was completed by/for the Contact.
Service Events with Completed Ongoing-COMs: lists the service events for which a Ongoing-COMs survey was completed by/for the Contact.
Note(s):
To assist Interrelate in achieving its COMs-related compliance obligations with DSS, please note that it is good practice to organise to have:
one Initial-COMs survey completed for all service files a Contact is associated with
Ongoing-COMs surveys completed on a regular basis for all service files a Contact is associated with.
To access the results of completed Initial-COMs and Ongoing-COMs surveys, please double-click the service event number listed under the Service Event Number (Service Event) column of either grid.
