About the Service Files
The Service Files tab lists the service files that the Contact is attached to and in what capacity.
Legend:
Service Files: lists the service files where the selected Contact is nominated as the service file’s Primary participant, as indicated in the Primary Participant column.
Reference Service Files: lists the service files where the selected Contact is not nominated as the service file’s Primary participant.
