How to Search Timeline Records
To search timeline records in the Communications tab, please see below:
Record searches can easily be done in Timeline. When a phrase is searched in Timeline, it searches in the title of the Timeline record as well as Timeline record body and other fields of the record before displaying the Timeline record when a search hit is achieved.
Legend:
The Search bar allows for records to be located quickly using keywords or phrases. The search feature will then retrieve and display the results below the search bar.
Keywords that are used as part of the search, are highlighted.
