How To Expand/Collapse Timeline Records
To expand/collapse Timeline Records on the Communications tab, please see below:
By default, Timeline records are displayed in a collapsed format but can be expanded to see more details for ease of use, as illustrated below:
Legend:
The Expand all records
icon is used to expand all records listed on the timeline.
Carats in the bottom right corner of records allow you to expand (select
) or minimize (select
) display views.
Each record has a list of commands relevant to their record type that displays in the top right corner for ease of use.
The background of a record changes to grey when the mouse pointer is hovered over the record and becomes transparent again when the mouse pointer is hovered away from the record.
