How to create a new Phone Call record

1. Navigate to the client's contact - Go to the Communications area.  Click on the + icon to select Phone Call

2. A new pop-up window will then be displayed. Complete all mandatory fields marked with *
There is a Send To field that will send an automatic email of the phone message to the person selected. It is also a good idea to send it to the local OCS team as well. 
Once all relevant sections have been completed, select Save and Close to save the phone call.
 
 
3. Once saved, the Phone Call record can be found in the Timeline section of the Communication tab for the contact and can be identified by the subject of the call for future reference. 
There will also be the copy of the email that was sent if a Send To selection was made, as shown below:

 4. To finish, add any additional communication notes as required and save.
