How to add Referral Inbound information

Referral Inbound is recorded in the General tab of the client record, and it records if the client has been referred to Interrelate from another organisation. 

 

  

To record your Inbound Referral information - 

  1. Click into the field and type the Referral Organisation Type, this information will pre- fill if the Account already exists in CRM.

2. Type the Referral Organisation name and select your Organisation from the drop down and save the entry. 

 

3. If the desired organisation is not set up in the Referral Organisation, please refer to the How to create all other Accounts section to learn how to add a Referral Account.
