FAQ - What documents do you upload to CRM, and where do you upload them.

This section lists the standard approach to be adopted by practitioners when uploading documents in CRM. 

**Suggested naming convention for Document > Document Name YYYY-MM-DD

 

As a rule, documents are uploaded at to specific levels: 

  • at the Client Contact level if they pertain to the individual

  • at the Service File level if they pertain to the delivered Service

  • at the School Booking/event level if they pertain to the delivery of an event, 

… as follows:
