How To Upload a Document
Various documents/forms can be uploaded to different levels within CRM i.e. Contact, Service File.
Please refer to Uploading documents in CRM (add Link to KA when available) for guidance on which level of CRM to upload a document
To Upload a document to Client Contact level
1. Navigate to the client contact record.
2. Click on File (Documents) on the menu bar.
3. Click Upload arrow)
A new screen will appear click on upload this will show an Upload Documents Screen.
4. Click Choose File, select the saved file from your desktop or folder saved on your PC and click OK.
The uploaded document will now appear under the Files(Documents) section.
To view a File(document) click on the Document Name
To Upload a document to Service File level
From the Service File, follow the same instructions as adding a file to a contact.
To Upload a document to Service Event level
From the Service Event, follow the same instructions as adding a file to a contact.
