How to create a Zoom Invite on a Service Event
1. Navigate to your Service Event
2. On the More Options menu, select Create Zoom Invite from the drop down list. This feature will only be visible when the Mode is Video.
The zoom link will only be created for the Primary Worker. If no zoom link is created after you have followed the steps below, please check that the primary worker has a zoom account before logging this issue.
3. A pop-up window will appear for you to select the Resource the zoom meeting is for. You can also edit the zoom meeting name in the text box if the appointment if for someone else in the Service File.
Select Send to create the zoom link, or Close to cancel the action
4. A small pop-up will appear wanting you to confirm the invite, select OK
5. Once confirmed the Meeting URL field will be populated with the meeting link
6. The booking will also appear in the selected Workers Zoom account under the Meeting tab.
If the service event is cancelled using the More Actions>Cancel Bookings, the zoom meeting URL and booking will be deleted from the relevant zoom account.
Note: If the meeting URL has been deleted from the service event in CRM this will not delete from the Primary Workers Zoom Account, this will need to be done manually.
