How to add Write-up Time
Write up time will default to 30 mins for regular service events and 15 mins for case management events. If you need to change this defaulted time, follow the instructions below.
1. Update the Write Up Time field, located within the Event Details box on the General tab, with the amount of extra time required. Enter this time in minutes.
2. Then click Save or Save & Close
Note: The write up time does not get updated in the schedule board but is included in Client attributable hours
