How to reschedule a Service Event

1. Open Service Event in CRM
 
2. Select More Actions in the top Command bar and then select Reschedule Bookings
 
**Please do not delete or edit the booking from the bookings box or schedule board.
3. A pop-up screen will appear, click Ok to confirm
4. Select another day by adjusting the Select Date at the top or to change the time by sliding the purple box to a designated time slot. 
Once this has been completed, select Book, as shown below: 
 

5. The Status Reason now says Scheduled

The new Booking will now appear in the Bookings Box. The rescheduled booking will also appear as reference.
