How to select rows in a view or search page
This outlines how to select rows in a list in CRM, whether one or more, or all rows at the same time.
To select one or more rows in a list
1. Select one or more rows by selecting the radio button in the first column in a list (see step 1 below)
To select all rows in a list
1. Select all the records in a list by selecting the radio button in the first column of the field bar, as shown below:
