How to duplicate a CRM page browser tab
This section outlines the steps to duplicate a browser tab for a CRM record or page
To duplicate a browser tab
1. Right-click on a browser tab (see step 1 below) that has been connected to CRM to produce a set of menu options.
2. Select Duplicate (see step 2 above) to replicate the browser tab onto another browser tab. This trick allows users to effectively duplicate the CRM page they are on to view different parts of the same record (eg, the Summary and Communication tab for a client record, etc) or to navigate to another part of CRM altogether without losing the current record.
