How to navigate back to previously viewed records
The CRM has built-in features that can be used to provide navigation back to previously visited records.
To go back one page at a time
1. Select Go back (see step 1 below) to go back one page at a time within the browser session.
To view recently viewed records
1. Select the Recent menu option in the left hand navigation panel and use the drop down arrow to view the history. You can then select the record you require.
