How to add money to Client Advance Payment
1. Navigate to Client Contact
2. Open Advance Payment tab
3. Choose ADD
4. When asked how you would like to create a payment, choose SQUARE.
5. You will then be taken to a screen that allows you to enter the credit card details directly into CRM.
On the left, check the Allocation of funds - Regular for appointments, Course for group pre-payment
Check the site is also correct
On the right, choose the method of payment - card/cash/other (cheque)
Enter card details:
Card number
Expiry date - MM/YY
CVV - 3 digits on back of card
Enter amount to be added to ADV
Press PAY to complete
The money has now been added into the Advance Payments for the client to be used for any future payment.
