How to add money to Client Advance Payment

1. Navigate to Client Contact
2. Open Advance Payment tab

3. Choose ADD

4. When asked how you would like to create a payment, choose SQUARE.  

 

5. You will then be taken to a screen that allows you to enter the credit card details directly into CRM.

  • On the left, check the Allocation of funds - Regular for appointments, Course for group pre-payment

  • Check the site is also correct


     

  • On the right, choose the method of payment - card/cash/other (cheque)

  • Enter card details:

    • Card number

    • Expiry date - MM/YY

    • CVV - 3 digits on back of card

    • Enter amount to be added to ADV

  • Press PAY to complete

 

The money has now been added into the Advance Payments for the client to be used for any future payment.
