How to Remove a participant from a Group

 

1. Navigate to an open a Group File in CRM

 

2. Click to open the Group File Participants list. 

3. Check your client is listed as a participant

 

4. Open the Group File Event tab - this tab lists all sessions within the group - e.g.  PNP = 6 sessions.

 

5. Open Session 1

 

6. Click on the Group File Attendee List 

 

7. In the left column click to TICK the relevant client to be removed

 

8. From the list above the far right column, choose Delete Group File Event Attendee.  The list will then refresh without client's name

9. Repeat steps 5-8 for every session in the group

10. Use the back arrow to return to the Group File page

 

11. Go back into the Group File Participants list on the Group File Page

 

12. In the left column TICK the relevant client to be removed

 

13. Select Delete Group File Participant. The list will then refresh without client's name

 

14. In a separate CRM window, search the client's name you removed and add any necessary Communications comments
