How to cancel a Service Event

1. Open Service Event to be cancelled and update Name of Event to include cancellation reason - eg: “CANX by Client”, “Canx-prac unwell”, etc
 
 
2. Select More Actions in the Command bar and then select Cancel Bookings from the list of 
available options. 
Note: Do not “Delete” bookings.
 
3. A pop-up screen will appear, click Ok to confirm

 

4. Once the event has been cancelled you will notice the Status Reason has been changed 
from Scheduled to Cancelled. Also, the booking in the bookings box will show as Cancelled

 

5. You will be asked if you wish to send cancellation email to client - choose to send or not, depending on circumstances required.

 

6.  Be sure to add cancellation reason to Communication tab in client Contact.
