How to view all changes to Important Note field(s)
This knowledge article outlines the steps to view the history of changes made against the Important Note 1 and Important Note 2 fields for a contact.
To view the list of changes for the important note(s) fields
Select then edit the record of a contact for whom the history of changes to the important note(s) fields, is required.
Select the Related tab (see step 1 below) then Audit History (see step 2 below), as shown below:
The Audit History tab will then be displayed separately, listing all changes made in each field for the contact’s record over time.
The list of changes against the Important Note 1 and/or Important Note 2 field(s) can be viewed along with their corresponding original (ie, listed under the Old Value column) and amended (ie, listed under the New Value column) values, as shown below:
When an Important Note field is added on the Contact Page this will pop up in the Schedule Event section to show the user booking an appointment that there is an Important Note on the client/s Contact Page that you are scheduling an event for.
