How to create a new Client Contact
1. Navigate to the Contacts page in CRM
2. Choose “+New” from Command menu at the top of the page
3. You will now have a blank New Contact screen
4. Complete as many details as possible, all mandatory fields will be marked with an asterisk *.
The minimum to SAVE the new contact is:
LEFT SIDE:
- First Name
- Last Name
- DOB
- Gender
- Disabilities
- Street Address - minimum Suburb, State, Postcode
- Closest Interrelate Office
RIGHT SIDE:
- Mobile number
- Initial Consent to Store Personal Details

TOP RIGHT CORNER:
- Choose arrow to right of Active Status Reason

5. Once information is entered, choose SAVE from Command bar
6. Once saved the Contact will show as the “client name - Saved”
NOTE: Remember to add a Communication message about the initial contact with client and send CEF/Consent if required.
