How to create a new Client Contact

1. Navigate to the Contacts page in CRM
2. Choose “+New” from Command menu at the top of the page

 

3. You will now have a blank New Contact screen

 

4. Complete as many details as possible, all mandatory fields will be marked with an asterisk *

 

The minimum to SAVE the new contact is:

LEFT SIDE:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • DOB
  • Gender
  • Disabilities
  • Street Address - minimum Suburb, State, Postcode
  • Closest Interrelate Office

RIGHT SIDE:

  • Mobile number
  • Email
  • Initial Consent to Store Personal Details
  • Concession card

     

TOP RIGHT CORNER:

  • Choose arrow to right of Active Status Reason
  • Site

     

 

5. Once information is entered, choose SAVE from Command bar

 

6. Once saved the Contact will show as the “client name - Saved”

 

 

NOTE: Remember to add a Communication message about the initial contact with client and send CEF/Consent if required.
